Q. How do I purchase internet access?
A. Insert a minimum R10 ZAR note into the note feeder below the keyboard.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. You can find the internet access cost displayed on each mykiosk screen.
Q. Will the kiosk give me change if I insert a note higher than R10 i.e. R20 and only use R10 worth of time?
A. mykiosk does not give change, however an access code will be provided at the end of your session for you to re-use at any mykiosk.
Q. How will I know if my time runs out?
A. After you have inserted your payment a timer will be displayed on the bottom right hand side. The timer will count down your usage and you will be notified before your time runs out.
Q. I have inserted money into mykiosk and nothing has happened. What should I do?
A. Please contact us on 083 449 4347. We will need your details of where this took place. (location of mykiosk).
Q. Am I entitled to a refund if I don’t use up all my time available and there is still money registered in the kiosk?
A. No refund will be granted in this instance. Instead you will be provided an access code to re-use at any mykiosk.
Q. What is an access code?
A. An access code is a 14 digit code that is given after you insert money into mykiosk e.g. 00000026-681945. As long as you have not used up all of your online browsing time allocated, you can re-use the access code.
